Dougherty Lake Annual Fall Picnic

Gather with neighbors for an afternoon of fun!

Sunday, October 1

3:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Dougherty Lake Playground

 Brats, hot dogs, chicken breasts and lemonade will be provided.

Each family is asked to bring an appetizer, side, dessert or pot of chili to share.

(Chili toppings will be provided.)

Bring your own adult beverages and lawn chairs too.

We need more volunteers to make this fun event a success!  If you can help, have ideas or have questions, call Carel Reynolds at 314-821-1818.

9:00 am – 10:30 am (meet at the lake!)

PARENTS MUST ACCOMPANY CHILD

Please provide your own:

• Fishing Pole
• Bait
• One Bucket per child (very important)
• Net (optional)

Snack and drink will be provided

To Register – Contact Travis Salter (email/phone in directory or post on Subdivision Facebook page). Please register by Wednesday May and note what age category.

Fishing Derby Rules:

1. Fishing may only begin when the WHISTLE blows.
2. As your FIRST FISH is caught, yell out “I caught one,” raise your hand, yell out name and age.
3. Place all fish caught in your bucket until the end of the fishing time.
4. After the final whistle blows, report to your respective LENGTH STATION with your bucket of fish. Fish will be measured, counted and recorded.
5. Winners will be limited to TWO PRIZES per child.
6. HAVE LOTS OF FUN!!!!!
