2026 Annual Meeting Minutes
The Dougherty Lake Annual Meeting was held 3/9/2026. The quorum requirement was 57 lot owners between attendees and absentee ballots and quorum was met. Attached are the minutes and electronic copies of auxiliary reports that were submitted. Final and detailed ballot results will be published when they are available.

Minutes – Trustee Meeting Feb 2nd, 2026
DLS Trustees met Feb 2nd to consider the below agenda.
1. Accept candidate Brett Row for Landscape Trustee position.
2. Discuss how to get a candidate for the open Communication Trustee position.
3. Review of RA Proposed Amendments for further discussion before including in an Annual Homeowners Meeting which is yet to be scheduled.
4. Schedule a BOT meeting to review 2026 budget proposals.

This meeting was held at the Des Peres Lodge and homeowners were invited to join the trustees since there were several items of discussion for the trustee meeting that homeowners had interest in. The meeting minutes are below. Also included is a meeting the following day to discuss a yard complaint.
