The Dougherty Lake Restrictive Agreement specifies that there will be five Trustees. As their term expires, new Trustees are nominated and the number of residents sufficient to bring the total number of trustee to five, are elected by vote of the property owners at a property owners meeting called for that purpose. Each elected Trustee is entitled to serve for a term of three years. Throughout the agreement, The Dougherty Lake Restrictive Agreement addresses the responsibilities of the Trustee. The Term, Powers and Liabilities of the Trustees are specified in paragraphs 22 through 25.
