Process for Interacting on Zoom Calls
On January 6th at 6:30 we will have a “webinar” style meeting where the participants are muted until the end of the meeting. Questions posted in the chat will be asked of the attorney at the end of the presentation as time permits. A moderator will mute/unmute according to schedule to keep the meeting moving and make sure people aren’t talking over each other. NOTE: We will also make the webinar video available a week after the meeting for those that can’t join us on the 6th.
The follow-up discussion meetings will also be moderated. Please post your question in chat and when it’s time the moderator will announce your name and unmute you for the question/comment. This will help everyone get their questions answered / comments heard in an orderly fashion.
